SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

We have partnership with package delivery companies: FedEx, UPS, and DHL, same as the default option will be shipping in the purchasing process. In any case, our company is not liable for any delay or external conditions that preclude compliance estimated delivery dates. ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ® is only responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to the courier company. Any delivery problem should be resolved between the customer and the courier, oriana rodriguez ® serving only as support to facilitate the processing of claims. 

ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ® to pack an order, check the quality of the goods which minimizes the possibility of faults before being sent. Articles made of leather require some care in use. Scrapes, scratches, stains, fading sun, are not considered manufacturing defects, as such, can not be exchanged or refunded. ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ® is only responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to the courier company. Any delivery problem should be resolved between the customer and the courier, ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ® serving only as support to facilitate the processing of claims. 

Once accepted payment for our website, orders can not be canceled under any circumstances. We do not accept any exchange or return of any item. 

Managed Delivery times are always in our estimates. The standard times are 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. 

Prices in our online store include I.V.A and all corresponding taxes required by México. Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the México may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ® to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item. 

If you refuse a shipment from ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ®, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ORIANA RODRIGUEZ ®
